Information we collect

TailGate processes account information, bet-slip screenshots, extracted slip details, analysis results, product usage, device and network information used for security, and information you choose to publish or share, and network information used to protect the service from abuse.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the analyzer, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide saved reports and community features, process subscriptions, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations. TailGate does not sell personal information.

Uploads and retention

Bet-slip screenshots and report data are retained with your account until they are deleted, your account is deleted, or retention is otherwise required to operate or protect the service.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication and storage, AI analysis, payments, product analytics, error monitoring, sports data, and notifications. They process data only to provide their services to TailGate and under their own applicable privacy terms.

Your choices

You may manage account and notification settings in the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@tailgate.app.

Age restriction

TailGate is intended only for people age 21 or older.
