Information we collect
TailGate processes account information, bet-slip screenshots, extracted slip details, analysis results, product usage, device and network information used for security, and information you choose to publish or share, and network information used to protect the service from abuse. With analytics permission, we also retain privacy-limited campaign labels, the landing path, and the referring domain associated with account signup.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the analyzer, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide saved reports and community features, process subscriptions, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations. TailGate does not sell personal information.
Uploads and retention
Bet-slip screenshots and report data are retained with your account until they are deleted, your account is deleted, or retention is otherwise required to operate or protect the service.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and storage, AI analysis, payments, product analytics, error monitoring, sports data, and notifications. They process data only to provide their services to TailGate and under their own applicable privacy terms.
Optional measurement
When audience measurement is on, Google Analytics measures visits, campaign labels, feature use, account milestones, and subscription payments or refunds. A random browser identifier and an internal account identifier connect these events across visits. Advertising personalization in Google Analytics is disabled.
TailGate also stores a first-touch and latest-touch campaign summary with a new account when audience measurement is on. This summary can include UTM source, medium, campaign, campaign ID, ad/content ID, landing path, and referring domain. It excludes full referrer URLs, unrelated query values, advertising click IDs, and contact information.
When marketing and advertising measurement is on, TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel measure page visits and confirmed registrations, checkout starts, or initial subscriptions so we can understand ad performance. Automatic advanced matching is not enabled, and TailGate does not send email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, member handles, uploaded images, slip selections, authentication links, or internal account identifiers to TikTok or Meta.
One privacy panel controls both optional categories, and the persistent Privacy choices control lets you change them later. You can decline either category without losing access to TailGate. Global Privacy Control is treated as a decline. Withdrawal stops future measurement delivery and removes accessible first-party analytics, campaign-attribution, and ad cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected reports.
