Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use TailGate where you live. By using TailGate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Informational service only

TailGate provides sports information, analytics, and entertainment. TailGate is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers or hold betting funds, and does not provide financial, legal, or betting advice. Analyses can be incomplete or wrong and never guarantee an outcome.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the service and for following all applicable laws. Bet only what you can afford to lose. Use TailGate's responsible-gaming controls or stop using the service if gambling is causing harm.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure. Do not misuse the service, evade limits, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, scrape private data, or attempt to compromise TailGate or its providers. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing portal. Any required taxes may be added at checkout.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TailGate disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made from analytics, odds, community content, or third-party data.
